1. it is used only for studying -nothing else!
2. u have at least one back-up study place
3. you have a comfortable chair u can sit in for hours
4. it has supply of clean air that is neither too hot nor too cold
5. it has a adequate,proper lighting.
6. you have it surronded with positive images and items.
7. it is free of distractions from music and tv.
8. you have study place arranged at home and and on campus
9. it has enough space to spread out all your study materials.
10. it is enriched with other comforts such as plants.
